Beloved, when you are in the light, darkness will come upon you. The key is to remember, no matter what comes at you from the outside, you must hold on to the light because the centre of the light does not shift.

The energies of these times are shaking our being to the core, shaking loose all the dirt and debris from centuries of past lives…lives where we’ve taken on emotions, beliefs, sacred contracts, promises, vows and agreements, all of this to fully submerge ourselves within the human experience. What was once ensconced into the centre of us, what we identified as us, it is all being stirred like mud rising to the surface of a lake. Once it's no longer anchored within, we get to choose. Is it still our truth? Is this still us?
They rise to the surface through our emotions. The torrent of tears, the hot flash of anger, the melancholy and the plunging grief. These are the tells being released and tossed away. As each disappears from our energetic body, we become lighter. The jewel of the spark within is slowly revealed. The more we are lighter, the less baggage we carry and the less we get affected by the emotional forces thrown at us. We become less swayed by the external status quo, the more we become anchored in our own truth. Because we’ve refined ourselves, we no longer emotionally resonate with what’s happening in the world outside us. In other words, we still empathise, but because we’ve transcended our own pain and suffering, the part within us which used to get hurt in a similar way is no longer triggered. To become the observer, instead of the endurer. This is the challenge we’ve been given at this time. To dig deep, release all that’s no longer necessary and polish our inner being till we become impervious to all influences we no longer agree to. The gateway to your greater inner knowing is through your emotions, lovely one.
